Our booking Terms and Condition as follows:

• Tour once booked cannot be cancelled, .
• NOTE:  In case of cancellation due to Govt. Rules during pandemic 10% will be deducted(Before 15 Days)
• Tour Manager phone no will share before one day of journey.
• Tour Itinerary may change due to traffic condition & convenience of the tour manager.
• Time is the essence of this program, your delay will affect your co passenger journey.
• Time schedule can be change due to traffic condition, management will not responsible for that.
• Not suitable for the person who are not able to walk.
• Parking of Bus is sole discretion of Kolkata Police, we don't have  any control of this matter. So prepare for walking from Puja pandals to Bus parking.
• Seat Allotment done on the basis of booking time.
• We are serious allergy with consumption of Alcohol during trip, misbehavior with co passengers & guide, abusive language or any other nuisance creation.If so your booking will be cancel and no refund will made for this.
• No Refund on late show/no show for the program.
• Child up to 3years free, above that full charge.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
